This is a scammer! More than likely not the name mentioned here, but certainly a number that indicates "local". Something needs to be done about these people! They somehow circumvent the "do-not-call" system by pretending to provide a service but ALL THEY ARE AFTER IS RELIEVING YOU OF YOUR MONEY. I can't even answer phone calls that are coming from our very tiny town anymore. Where are the regulators????!!!!
