I would have to say that this has to be the worst business I have ever come across in terms of customer service, I recently bought a pie where the pastry was rock hard like a brick, so i took it back to the person who sold it to me and she said that she could not do anything but she also told me that how was she to know it was so hard I could be lying, I had taken 2 small bites all i wanted was it to be exchanged so she got the business owner to call me the next day, and she basically told me that is how we cook them and if you dont like it .......and if i chose to come back not to whinge about them.


In conclusion I had bought many pies from them before and never once had anything to complain about, I just want to let people know that if you want a quality product and if it is sub-standard do not expect to get it exchanged, or a refund and certainly do not expect any customer service whatsoever, but if you like being called a liar and just will except what ever is served up to you regardless of the quality, by all means go there.
