Caller: Some Internet & Communications Offer or Similar. I returned their missed call, was outside their business hours, but they did give you an "opt out" by requesting press "1". To me this was an unsolicited caller again.

Caller: Telemarketing Came up on screen as from Ararat, Victoria. When challenged, 'David' said he was actually in South Melbourne.

when I called back it was a recorded message saying they called about some great offers on telecommunication and internet services
