Several calls, no message, called back but number doesn't connect, seems like scammers to me!

Just got a call from this number today 1/9/14 at 11.15 a.m. Recorded voice, i hung up.

Called me twice in one day, no one talkes then just hangs up. Somthings not quite right i say

This number (03) 5280 8028) saids "overseas" keeps ringing. Who are they?

There is a fault in the server of this company hence why their automatic dialer has been calling numbers like this including numbers on the DNC. The issue has been raised and is being rectified as we speak.
The calls are regarding the Victorian Government energy efficiency target scheme in which the government subsidizes the price of LED down lights.

My caller ID says "Overseas" so I was wary. Has called many times. Never speaks.

Rang while we were out 5 times in one day, Did not leave a message

Woman, possibly Phillipines call centre about halogen down lights, two calls today, (03) 5280 8028, even though I am on do not call register, annoying!!!! VDM Electical, Marshalltown Road Geelong ????

This number called several times today (seems like a local Geelong number)
There was silence for several minutes then hung up.

I received a call re down lights from an Indian? lady 2 days ago......and I'm on the do not call register. I am reporting them. It was from VDM Electrical in Geelong. She told me the phone no as 52808028, but their site only has a mobile number.

Rang twice, first time call dropped out. Indian guy saying he was from some electrical company asking if we have down-lights. Asked him twice where he got our number then he hung up.

VDM Electrical ...... several calls. No idea why they would be ringing me!

Call was garbled yet it is a local Geelong number said it was BD electrical. If they call again I will report them to the DO NOT CALL REGISTER.

Caller said her name was Tracey and she was calling from BET electrical re LED downlights. Google search, no BET Electrical in my area and we dont have LED downlights. Knew my surname.
