Caller: Not too sure, supposedly ATO or scammer

Not to sure if the call was legit but had a random Victoria number call, then a robot machine saying something along the lines of a case has been made against my tax identification and to press one to talk to a legal person in the department. Not too sure if it’s legit or if it’s a scammer but number is not popping up.
