Ring then hang up

Calls but leaves no message.

rang the number back voice message my phone has been hacked
hung up instantly

Caller: scammer

Claimed to be from Telstra, he was saying my account had been hacked & he was trying to help me, if he didn't help me right then they might have to send out a technician which could cost me thousands of dollars! I told 'David Williams' it was my son's computer & he would have to talk to him, he then said he had tried calling him but he was refusing to accept his calls. I asked what number he called him on & he said' this number the landline is much safer with all these scammers around' (his words). I asked him to leave me a number to call him back on & he gave this number (02) 8005 8471, I haven't tried calling it back so I'm not sure if it's real or not.

Rang then hang up, noise in the back ground.

Caller: Unknown

Keeps calling me. Never says any thing but after a few moments they just hang up

Caller: "John" supposedly from Telstra

Offered to fix my computer or Telstra would disconnect internet service. Claimed to be calling from Miller St, North Sydney. I suspect Mumbai!
