Caller: Aussie Broadband Claimed that they were following up from a enquiry I apparently made on the web. I haven't enquired about Aussie BB for such long time this must be a random call from them from when I used to be a customer. Called them and they were just following up with me as I was an old customer. Saying in the message I received that it was following up from a web enquiry was a falsehood. I am on the do not call register and they tried to circumnavigate by saying I instigated. Sorry Aussie BB you have lost my trust!

Caller: Aussie Broadband I’ve been on their page doing research. I did submit my phone number and email I believe at the beginning to see if I was eligible for the network in my area, or something like that. Exited out of the internet page, and they cold called me about an hour or so later.. Friendly voicemail left.

Caller: Aussie Broadband I never gave them my number as I was comparing nbn plans and found two companies that were a lot cheaper . They spam me with their emails and now they're calling me . I don't like pushy marketing . They've lost my business .

Caller: Probably Aussie broadband I left an online enquiry with them earlier today specifically asking them for an email reply as I am deaf and unable to hear on the phone. Still they called and left a voice message. They lost my business.

Aussie Broadband, I looked at their website but I never gave them my mobile number, they wouldn’t say how they got my number as I was pretty pissed off that they called. Unfortunately you’ve done this and I’m not interested im going somewhere else.

Caller: Aussie Broadband Whilst I had partially filled out an application, it appears their website had already stored my mobile phone number.
I am looking to sign up with them as I have heard excellent things about them, but it's a little scary that they already had my mobile.
