K keeps ringing, dead for a bit. Then automated goodbye

I answer, wait, then an automated recording "goodbye". Very annoying.

Keeps ringing and when my answering machine clicks in hangs up. If you ring it back says cannot connect!!

Answered, got a long delay. Finally, an automated message saying "goodbye" then the call terminated.
Displayed as "061345362636" on my phone.

Answered the call at 11:14 today. It was an Indian who wanted to sell solar panels to a sporting group I help administer. I politely declined.

Number is being spoofed. Automated "Goodbye" at the end of call. Highly suspicious.

It's either disconnected or its not

at least once a day calls. Hangs up and when we call back the number is disconnected.

This was a robo call as we answered it our other line rang with the same number displayed. When we called this number we got an Optus recorded message stating this number has been disconnected.
