Similar number to (03) 4513 1018 which has been reported. So assuming this is much the same.

I'm going to say it was a scam. I couldn't hear a word they were saying. It sounded like their phone was on the other side of the room when I said,'I can't hear you, can you speak up?' They hung up. I could hear enough to say it was a male voice with an Indian accent.
