Caller: Said they were from a prostate charity

Why do they expect you to wait 10 seconds while their auto call distribution does its work?
If we got to that stage, why would anybody trust an unverified caller with their credit card details?
Their caller refused to tell me what call centre they were from but continued to attempt to prattle on with their script and they pretended to be from the charity itself which is illegal.
If a prostate charity engaged the call centre, then they should find another way.

Keeps on ringing on landline, scam as does not leave a message

I answered, got a few seconds of silence and then the call dropped out. These people are a pest.

Caller: Prostate Cancer Foundation

Called our business line. I had to put a client on hold to answer their call.
Once they told me who they were I politely said that I had someone else hold and could not continue with her call, but she kept talking. I had to bluntly hand up.

Has rung several times. Never any answer.
