I bought stuff on TEMU, immediately after I started getting spam phone calls from the numbers I have listed below. Your details will be sold to unsolicited and fake call centres, supposedly calling themselves charities. That is how all the stuff on TEMU is cheap. Here is the list of fake phone numbers that have tried to spam me so far, just in case you get a call from one of them. I have had multiple phone calls from each number, and this started on 25 May 2023 – less than one month has passed since this this post. They are trying to extract details out of you, don't fall for it. As you can see, they are very, very persistent and will cycle through a raft of phone numbers.

Absolute pain in the ass. This number has called a few times every day for months. This must surely be illegal!

This number calls a couple of times daily and never leaves a VM. I have now blocked the number.

From Kindness Project asking for data on my charities. I asked for an ABN and whether they were on the Australian Charity Register, they said they "were not authorized to give me that information" (turns out their company is not registered there) so bye bye.

This number, quite possibly spoofed, called. The caller didn't bother to speak. As usual.

persistent non-profit "Kindness Project", called me twice a day for 2+ weeks before I answered and asked them to remove my number from their database (other numbers they call from are 03 9961 02xx).

This number has been calling every day. Spam.

Unknown party rings rwice a week but: I don't answer non stored numbers. I constantly check my voice mail box with nothing recorded from (03) 4504 2451.

Just added a message to this site..and another just came again?? strange?? Maybe this site is compromised??

This number belongs to a pest caller.

Someone says this plague of calls from scammers, using numerous (spoofed) numbers, must be illegal. I'm sure those running the criminal scamming factories in various parts of the world - India, Cambodia, the Philippines, Nigeria - are really worried that trying to scam people might be illegal in Australia.
These are relentless, lowlife scammers. Please do not answer the calls or call any of the numbers they use or this will continue until doomsday. Don't answer calls from unknown numbers.

It continues to enrage me that these rabid scammers refuse to give up even though I don't hear the attempted calls because I've blocked the many numbers they've used up to now. Worse is the fact that they are probably succeeding scamming people.
These are not "unsolicited calls", much less calls from a non-profit organisation. And they are almost certainly not calls originating anywhere in Australia. These are utterly relentless scammers using a whole series of (undoubtedly spoofed) numbers whose unceasing harassment is making people's lives a misery
Please do not ever - ever - answer calls from them, or (almost as bad) return the calls. Since the telcos seem incapable of stemming this deluge of relentless torment from the scamming lowlifes, the only way they will stop is if no one ever responds.

Pest, after a friendly chit chat from a stranger they eventually got around to asking for money!

Lots of calls from this number in Warrnambool and others in Bairnsdale. Keep blocking the number and try again with another number the next day. I never answer and they never leave a message. Scam

Annoying pest

Caller: "Kindness Foundation"

Multiple calls, often 2-3 times a day all hours of the day. From multiple numbers, this is just one of them. Also 99610281 / 99610282 / 99610283
They hang up then call again. If you call their number from a landline, it'll go thru to recorded message indicating Kindness Fdn, call from a mobile they don't answer.
Beyond annoying, have requested them to remove my number and have blocked all but they keep coming from new numbers each time
