I reject all calls from unknown numbers. This number and other similar ones are allocated to a company called SYMBIO NETWORKS. That company has received an official warning from ACMA, regarding failure to properly investigate reported scam calls. SYMBIO is obviously knowingly hosting scammers, and at the same time thumbing their noses at ACMA. The sooner SYMBIO is hit with some real consequences for their actions, the better! MOST of the calls I receive from unrecognised numbers are from numbers allocated to SYMBIO NETWORKS. They have numbers all over Australia, not just Victoria. Vic number ringing Perth and not leaving a message

I bought stuff on TEMU, immediately after I started getting spam phone calls from the numbers I have listed below. Your details will be sold to unsolicited and fake call centres, supposedly calling themselves charities. That is how all the stuff on TEMU is cheap. Here is the list of fake phone numbers that have tried to spam me so far, just in case you get a call from one of them. I have had multiple phone calls from each number, and this started on 25 May 2023 – less than one month has passed since this this post. They are trying to extract details out of you, don't fall for it. As you can see, they are very, very persistent and will cycle through a raft of phone numbers.

Spammer, Victoria, phoning Perth 4.30pm, no message of course! Do wish they would cease! VERY BAD KARMA!!

My phone indicates this pest caller is from Warrnambool Victoria. Of the 6 recent calls, I answered only one - and the calling party was silent.

Spammer. I'm getting lots of pest calls from this and similar numbers.

It's driving me mad. How many numbers do these rabid scammers use? No sooner do I block what must be about the 20th number they've used for months to harass me than they butt into my home again using a slightly different one. Their previous attempt was from the blocked number (03) 4504 2451, so today they used (03) 4504 2450.
Please never answer any calls from unknown numbers or this nightmare of harassment and scamming is never going to stop - unless, of course, the authorities/telcos come up with a way of detecting and blocking these scam calls. You would think that in 2023 that would not be beyond their capabilities.

Pest caller. I'm having missed calls (no messages) 3 calls per week for the last month. I'm at the stage of keeping my phone turned off and only turning it on to make an outgoing call.

Definitely spam. On iPhone you can now report scam in messages.

Number I don't recognise so when I do answer in this type of situation, which is rare, I don't say a word. Silence then long distance beeps. If this is from Victoria then its calling NSW here. I am also on 'Do not call' register but these scammers are relentless. Why is that register not stopping them? Anyone know?
