I believe it is a scam call as this is the second one from a different number (the first one been a mobile) where they say there has been a voice message was played telling me that there was suspicious activity on my account and tax identification number has been suspended.
To prevent this matter been sent to the authorities and I could be arrested I needed to press '1'.

Do not call back it is a scam
