ATO Scam with pre-recorded message saying to call a number to avoid an arrest warrant being issued - called me 14/9/17

Me too. Called Friday 4 Aug 2017 as above

My husband got a call supposedly from the Tax Department saying he was going to be areested for fraud and that he needed to give the caller his Tax File Number.

I ignored this number because since when do Vic numbers start with 4? It's one of those recorded Indian voices saying that there's a warrant for your arrest. Complete scam. The number is now blocked.

a recording saying from ATO i am being investigated for tax fraud and will be arrested and do not ignore the warning. Yeah right its a scam.
