Caller: Scammer

I don’t answer unknown numbers. This one went through to my voice mail and was a recorded message in a Chinese language, so was unable to understand it. I have heard that these messages target Asian tourists regarding their travel visa, the tourist is asked call a supplied number and asked to pay to extend the visa or some scenario like that.
