call rang few times, no voicemail left. When I returned the call, call didn't connect. Likely spam

Unknown number calling on Saturday and not leaving message -> blocked

Calls frequently but this time I picked up. Not always the exact number but I have frequent calls from 03 which is Vic landline. When I do pick up they ask to speak to some random person and I said they have the wrong number and usually hang up. This time I asked what they are calling about and they said they are using a government data base and my number is listed under another name. This is total BS as I have had the same number for the last 10 years. They said they are calling Vic residents and I said I'm not even based in Vic and hung up on them.

Has called a couple of times dont answer probably Solar Sales yet again.

Always says 'Newtown' on the location for the call (which is near Geelong, Victoria) and from past experience answering these 'Newtown' calls they are scams or marketing. They rang today and no message left.
