STUPID PEOPLE LIKE U ALWAYS MAKE OTHER PEOPLE WAY MORE HARDER.. ITS ONLY 4 RECEIPT NUMBER LOL.., WHY NOT U JUZ GIVE IT. AFTER U GIVE IT, THERE NO ONE KEEP CALLING U AGAINST.. DONT ACT LIKE A CHILDISH..

I received the call from this number too through my maxis no., told me that I owned Celcom postpaid bill for RM 800++ (which registered sept 2010, with my exact name and IC, BUT wrong add). I am/was not a Celcom user, will never be one. Then i checked with Celcom centre regarding the bills, and found out i owned them money. The few issues that annoyed me are: 1. the very first place, how can the dealer accepted the application of post paid line as the imposer did not show them the real IC. (I never lost/borrowed/misplaced my IC the whole time of incident happened) 2. How can the Celcom hired some debt collector (CTIC, the company that owns this (03) 4141 4141) to collect bills charges from me, when I was not informed by the Celcom itself?? 3. How can the CTIC get my maxis no? Are they allowed to do so? Because I own the rm 800 bill without my knowledge??? and they are free to trace all my personal details???
It is a sickening situation and it just shown that we have no privacy at all and we are not protected by any security system for our personal details.

Syarikat kutip hutang bagi pihak telekom dan beberapa syarikat lain, keja dia gertak orang yang ada sangkut bil tertunggak dari pelbagai syarikat. Dia akan cakap dari Bank Negara atau Syarikat Guaman nak saman pasal tak bayar bil. Dia tak peduli walaupun orang lain yang guna nama kita untuk daftar telepon dan orang tu tak bayar. Kita le kena tanggung. Jadi berhati-hati dengan fotostat IC anda. Jangan letak merata-rata. Jangan sign borang tak tentu fasal. Jangan bagi fotostat IC sebarangan. Ni laman web syarikat tu: www.ctic.com.my tapi no telefon (03) 4141 4141 dia tak letak kat situ, tapi untuk tujuan panggil-panggil le. Yang aku heran dah bil tertunggak banyak baru potong. Pasal apa tak terus potong je kalau sebulan tak bayau. Pelanggan kalau nak guna line telepon suruh le bayau kalau nak guna. Lahabau betul le. Ni lagi satu no 0172074859 collector.

and said i got outstanding bills to settel..
i said "no way" i have already paid everything before i move in to my new house, otherwise how can i apply new line,,
