Scam call. Don't answer.

Caller: E bay

Apparently lovely, concerned foreign lady from eBay asking me did I just purchase something from eBay worth $299.00. Did I want to confirm purchase or cancel? I was so surprised that the purchase was made using just my phone number. Asked could I please buy a new car by using my phone number. She hung up ! Maybe a car is way to much next time I’ll ask for a TV.

Caller: Scam Ebay

As others have stated this is a bot call from fake eBay stating $199 will be debited from your account unless you contact them..

An automated voice says the payment will be debited from my account if I don’t call back to cancel an order which I have never placed. The number comes as “(03) 4114 7010” which is abnormal as local calls from Australia don’t come through starting with “+61” but will automatically come as a zero.
