Lawsuit being placed under our name (which was not mentioned) and if we don’t call back then will have an arrest warrant put out and be arrested

Caller: Voice Bot

Lawsuit under your name blah blah you will be arrested if you dont call back when you receive the message ... i got this message about 6 months ago from a different number and i still haven't been arrested from that one ... haha... sooooo ... just block them

Caller: ATO

threat that if I did not ring them back an arrest warrant was going to be issued
i did ring back and they answered with the ATO!
I hung up

Some type of scam saying i have a lawsuit filed under my name and to call this number back or else an arrest warrant will be issued for me.

Caller: NOT THE AUSTRALIAN TAX OFFICE!!

Scam call claiming to be from ATO advising law suit lodged.... SHADY AS!!!
