Rang back and got "the number you have dialed is not in service"

A scam caller.... sadly our Telcos don't have anything in place to stop these calls. I have allowed only calls in my Iphone book to ring. so that stops the phone calls ringing but unfortunately there is no way to block sms messages even if they are not in my list.
