Caller: NBN Comparison Team Guy called from the NBN Comparison Team, trying to book in a "specialist" to get a cheaper price for NBN. Didn't know anything about the place they were calling or even know what our NBN plan was or what deal we have, they just kept telling me "the specialist will get you better price". I just tried to keep them on the line for a while to waste some of their time.
