Voice recording stating it is from Commonwealth Bank re a transaction just made + saying press 1 or 2 for different actions.

Caller: (03) 4002 9980 Says that it is from Diamond Plaza, but pops you into a queue that counts down Seems very dodgy, considering this was an unsolicited call. Hung up after 5 mins waiting (just for curiosity sake) - didn't get down below 13 calls waiting - but the estimated wait time kept creeping up
