Left a voicemail message with an IVR press #1 for Australian Nationality, press #2 for Chinese or International Student. Likely to be a scam.

Caller: (03) 4002 1040 Same as previous comments. Can't be 100% positive obviously but I'd put my money on it being a scam.

They are getting creative. Was a recording stating call was about an epidemic and to press different press different numbers ie press 1 for English 2 for Chines etc.
