Call was from an outfit offering to lower my power bill, according to some type of Victorian Government guarantee scheme. Apparently, I am "entitled" to a lower power bill, even if I don't change providers, from July 1.
Perhaps the caller should have said this "promise" was dated from April 1st. That would have been more believable!
