Caller stated "Can you hear me" and upon the victim's response hung up the phone. The victim called the number back and it was disconnected. It appears the number may be used in a scam which tries to get the victim to respond "yes" so that the scammer can sign the victim up to unsolicited purchases without their authority. The caller sounded foreign with an Indian accent.
