Caller: Telstra re NBN they said

They have rung me many, many, many times so finally I decided to do what they ask; I was put through to a "technician" who said that there were problems with my internet service and she could 'show' me what they were.....when I questioned how she was going to show me, twice without a credible answer, I think she muttered "stupid bitch" at me and hung up.
