This is one of those recorded messages saying our NBN broadband is going to be disconnected. Its the same as the chinese ones that say the ATO is going to arrest you.
The girls accent is aussie, but its definitely a recording. I just hang up. The only way I'm going to listed is if the telco themselves sends me a notice to disconnect. And I know they wont because I just paid the bill.
