I called back number (03) 1535 2354 rang once then gets disconnected automatically.

This is clearly a fraudulent scam call. Identifiable by the offshore accent; clearly not an Australian & they are reading from a script, "I am calling you from my company. You left your details 3 weeks ago!" Total, utter B*S call. When I asked the name of the company, she says something indecipherable! I just kept repeating, "this is a scam call" She hung up in the end. Definitely BEWARE
