Caller: Said it was a call blocking service

He wanted to know how I paid my phone bill I told him in no uncertain terms what to do with himself.He called again the next day so I hung up and later on another call but this time a lady with the same result.When I called their number the operator said that number was not in service.

Unsolicited call = unwelcome. This is the third call in 20 minutes. All calls from fake numbers. Scam!

Suspect scam. Unsolicited call & unwelcome. I don't pickup for these types of calls.

Caller: the Asian caller says they are from the Do Not Call Register

She is telling me she needs to verify my number to stop Spam Call. She is asking my phone number (????she called me) and how do I pay my phone account. At that point I hung up after telling her it was nine of her business.
