reieved a call with area code 03 and first four digits 0303 and last four digits 7265. when i picked the phone it is a pre programmed message in chinese language.

weird number so I let it go to answer machine. they did not leave a message. i returned the call and its a fake number. "your call could not be connected.. please check the number and try again"
