I have been getting continual calls from a number starting in
03 01###### I block one number then almost instantly try again on another number its driving me crazy . If you answer there is no one on the line

Missed call at 2.54pm 22 September 2018. No message left, the number looks strange starting with "0145" for a Victorian phone number is odd.
No message left and don't know who it is, suspect scammer.
