Caller: Scammer pretending to be optus

Gains access to your account and orders products using your account. They send a text with a code. This is the code they need to complete purchases. I have had this happen. When they rang my son's phone 3 days later I confronted them and they hung up. Matter has been reported to Optus and the federal police.

I have chq with Optus who confirm this is a scam.
Note Never give your D.O.B over the phone.
