The number says M Ratcliffe. A google search says its a marriage celebrant called Phillip Holland. I'm in Adelaide and certainly dont know either of these people in Sydney. I suspect their line was hacked to make spam calls. I didnt answer the call because I donnt answer numbers I dont know, especially interstate numbers.
