This number is used by scammers from overseas. They identify themselves as being from your bank. Which they have previously found out from an initial call in performing a Survey where they ask you if your happy with your banks service and which bank you are with. Do not answer them on this initial survey call. Just hang up. Otherwise they will ring back trying to get debit/credit card details indicating that the bank owes you money from over charging.
