They phoned me at 7.43pm in the evening which I understand to be outside of the hours they are allowed to contact you. James' comment Aug'2016 is interesting. I recently had to report something to police and I specifically told them I did not want to be included in a "consumer" survey.

rang me on a sunday (unlisted number) with personal nsw police information. What the f!!!!. how the hell did they get that information. Wanted to know whether I was satisfied with the way my complaint was handled by the police!!! Tried to make out they were working on behalf of the south west area command. Told them to get someone in charge of the police command to ring me. Might be time for the ombudsman.

The Do Not Call register is only valid for a period of time, I think 4 years. After that you need to re-register your number. Perhaps check out: https://www.donotcall.gov.au/consumers/faqs-for-consumers/ Hope this helps

The caller wanted me to take a short survey regarding MLC. There was no back ground noise or people speaking in the background like normal telemarketers. Very suspicious.

second consecutive day, asking for a particular family member, survey, we have a silent number so I told caller that and hung up.

Don't answer this call, it is a survey call for B2B biz

Had 11 missed calls from this number yeaterday. How do these poeple get away with it?

They rang me just now (which is a Sunday). Are they allowed to bother you with nuisance calls like that on a Sunday?

This number is a real nuisance, they ring all day and even on Sunday, thanks for telling me who is calling.

This number has been calling for days, I rang back and found out its ACA Research in Sydney doing surveys for B2B research.
