Caller: Nick from Pack and Send

I would not use this courier service if it was me that was arranging items to be picked up and couriered to me.

I spoke with Rami at Pack and Send on two (2) occasions, the first time was around 2:45pm 22/08/2022 to get him to advise Nick that I was home and ready for a courier to pick up the peripherals and laptop bag at 3:00pm.

Rami told me that Nick was at lunch and the call ended. I didn't worry about calling back.

Around 3:02pm, I called Pack and Send again, as I previously tried to rearrange the pick up time to 3:30pm with Nick, he advised that it cant be changed and reschedule pick up for tomorrow, so to ensure I was home by 3:00pm, I spent $30.00 on an Uber.

Rami answered, and was going on about a lady who lived in Paddington and she was refusing to allow items to be picked up. I advised Rami that I had no idea who he was talking about. I then advised that I live in Birchgrove and I'm calling about a totally different courier item.

This made me question the company and whether it was legitimate or not as the service provided over the phone was not professional at all or reliable, which made me doubt the trust that TFAL would actually receive the items they were picking up to be couriered to them.

Eventually Rami was able to locate Nick after telling me he was at lunch numerous times. Nick confirmed that TFAL do use this courier and that a courier would be arriving at my residence within 15 minutes. The courier arrived just after 3:30pm. I hope the items get to TFAL.
