I'm very disappointed been smoking white ox for years now getting a lot of wood and the tobacco is like it's stale it goes to this dust halfway through the pack it is putrid! Wake up or there will be a lot off people who by the looks will be happy to go to consumer affairs and I will be at the for front! FIX YOUR TOBACCO!!!!!

I am still having issues with the slim filters, yesterday I mistook one for a tampon and now I cant get it out !

Yesterday I bought a 30 pack of Peter Jackson Blue and I have pulled one and noticed some paper of sorts has been wedged in between the actual paper of the cigarette. I have taken a photo as evidence and put it away for now I am hoping to hear from someone to clear this up with me and resolve this issue.

I have just purchased a packet of Tally-ho ultra slim filters on opening them I found that there was a asortment of sizes, most of the filters are shorter than normal and they are cut on a angle, I have photos if you need them, also do you make extra long filters?

I have been smoking 'White Ox' for 37 years and enjoyed it most of the time till the last 3 years. There is a lot of big pieces of wood [tobacco not shredded into shag]. I know it makes the weight heavier but I am on a pension and buying a extra pouch a fortnight does cost. I thought I would tell you as it has even got weaker in taste. So if you could fixed it ASAP.

I recently purchased three tins of Dr Pat pipe tobacco from a Woolworths Store on the Sunshine Coast Qld. When I was about to open a tin the lid fell off. The other two tins were the same. I have never experienced this over twenty years of smoking Dr Pat. The tobacco was extremely dry and had lost most of its aroma. I would have expected much better quality control considering its retail price. I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
