They said it was TPG but I don't feel like when I talking to them. They are scam. Do not give them any details. They try to ask me my address and D.O.B. and I just hang up then.

They have called 5 times in 3 days. Phone rings 3 times and stops. Really annoying.... Caller ID comes up as Orchard Human Resources.

I connected with TPG NBN and they wanted to know if I was going to use the home phone line. Not a bad call, just TPG following up with the installation of my nbn

Received a call from this number. They claimed to be TPG, but the phone connection quality was very bad. They then asked for my name, address and date of birth, and when I said "I am not providing that" They basically said "You have to call us, and hung up without delay."
Is it bad TPG service or a scammer. The accent was Indian, but that can be someone local, a legit call centre or a scammer.

A loyal customer for many many years
I was making a decision if to stay with TPG or move on to another company when switching to NBN
Due to TPG constantly harassing calls
I blocked the number
Which helped me make my mind up to change
When I was ready I switched
With blocked number closed account
they still try and call
Have emailed
I have switched closed account
stop calling and today see they still trying to call with a blocked number
Just block the number
Stress free

it is the phone techniction department following up on a service. I had my service drop out, due to a loose wire. this is the number they message me from before and after to make an appointment and follow up. TPG gave me the reference number. I think the technician works for all different telcos
