I did not say my name (which i do when i dont recognise the number). He claimed to be from TPG NBN department. I am with TPG but when he didn't ask if he was speaking with (my name) and said that their system was showing up that my NBN connector box was turned off or disconnected I hung up. This was clearly a scam call because my NBN connector box was on and working perfectly.

Definitely TPG and not simply "spam" (ignore it if you weren't expecting TPG!)

I kept getting SMS messages purporting to be from TPG asking me to ring them about direct debit for my account. I got a call from an Asian lady on this number with an abrupt phone manner saying she was calling me about my TPG account. I advised her I don't have a TPG account. At least she had the courtesy to say sorry before hanging up. Why is TPG cold calling and cold texting me about my internet - I've never had a TPG account and never applied for one.

TPG are pests, I'm getting two calls and a SMS each day trying to sell me NBN as my apartment building now has TPG FTTB installed.

Called twice, when I answered she could hardly say my name. I want to speak to someone who can speak clear english and Tanya ain't that hard to say! I wanted an email response, is that too much to ask?

They called me and hung up when I answered.
I'm not even a customer.
I hate spammers, reported to DNC register.
