Tpg calling bCk on technical support

This is actually TPG Internet which has now merged with Vodafone. It is a valid number from a valid company. It is not SPAM or a SCAM.

person who spoke to me from this phone said he is the tpg telecom provider and he wanted to change my plan but he provided his permises as a my permises if this is a sammer OH GOD

This number is used by TPG when returning a call to me from a fault I registered with them 24hrs previously.
TPG stated who they were and required my details to ensure they had the correct customer.
After verification TPG proceeded to update me with results of monitoring and ensuring I was happy with changes made.
I appreciated the authentication to ensure they were talking to the correct customer.

iiNet calling me back to confirm something about my NBN order.

Got a call from TPG on this number.
I Signed up to iiNet FTTB internet a week earlier.
They contracted the installation out to TPG to come do the installation and were calling to make an appointment for installation.

Iinet NBN connection help line.
They have called to check on the progress of my upcoming Iinet NBN connection.
Nothing dodgy at all except the quality of the phone call which is an issue for the image of a telco.
Safe number though

Keep getting missed calls from this number that go through to voicemail. When I listen to the voicemail there is never anything there - no sound at all. I’ve now blocked them but it was super annoying as it was happening every day for a while there.

Missed a call from this number. They left a voicemail (maybe it was recorded? I couldn't tell) saying that they were calling regarding a missed NBN installation appointment - I'm not with TPG and have not signed up for NBN with them.

Calling me to confirm address and trying to sell me NBN. Phone connection was so bad that I just hung up. If you want to sell me NBN, how about investing in a good phone line first?
