Caller: Indian trying to sell internet deals or just a complete scam!

Indian scammer called and told me he was from Telstra, wanting to speak to me about my NBN connection. I said I didn't have an account with Telstra and he told me I did, that everyone has an account with Telstra because they use Telstra lines. I told him to take me off his calling list, he told me it wouldn't matter if he did, that he would call again and again and again. I told him that I'd block his number again and again and again!
