At 10 pm my boyfriend ordered food through an online service from this place and was told that it would only take 15 minutes to arrive. He then received a text message from the online service saying the food would not arrive until11:40pm. We proceeded to call the pizzeria to find out if this was correct, the lady said it was and when I tried to cancel she said the food was already prepared so I asked why it was then going to take so long for the food to arrive. Her explanation was because I lived far away...I live in Russell lea a maximum 10 minute drive away. When I put this to her she babbled and explained that the food was almost ready, when I attempted to cancel she said it was not fair because the food was being made, when I explained that 11:40pm was far too late a delivery time when we had initially been told 15 minutes she told me to "f*ck off then" and hung up. I phoned back and asked to speak to the manager and the same woman told me she was manager. I have never been more appalled by anybody's behavior before. Her behavior was worse than that of a rebellious child.
