I get harrassed with calls from baycorp at least twice a day at any time from 6am to 8pm for the last four months. I believe they are a scam as I don't have any debit with anybody especially vodafone. I believe they are just trying to get personal information like date of birth, name, address, VOICE RECOGNITION, bank details, credit card etc to either steal your identity or bombard you with more spam or maybe to sell your information. I know this sounds a bit paranoid, but why are the doing it. I have had my identity and information stolden once before from a mob in china. That took ages to get fixed. Just went on line in china and had my email address stolden. Vhen I finally got it back, it was all in chineese. How do we stop these phone calls from baycorp.

if you are owner of a fritzbox router you can look for the phone of another collector and divert Baycorp numbers to them, and the collectors number to Baycorp when they phone you the are actually calling the other guys and when the other guys say what number are you trying to get hold off and check they call baycorp. have some fun

ive answerd once after many calls and there was no one on the other line

keep ringing asking for previous phone account holder, as in the person who had the phone number before me. sick of telling them they no longer have this phone number, its been going on for nearly three years. just when I think they have finally got the message, they ring looking for him. ANNOYING.

This number constantly calls me everyday and harasses me. The more I don't answer the more they call. Even when I do answer and say they've got the wrong person/number they still keep at it. It's gotten to the point where I'm gonna have to change y number if they don't get lost.

They would not tell me what it was regarding , but were insisting I hand over my personal information, name , date of birth, address. The fake tax department scam did the same thing to me and now this, I explained this to them on the phone and told them I would not be providing any verbal id details. They call when you are working, late at night, on weekends? Isnt there a cut off for the times that so called (debt collection) people aree legally allowed to call you?

Baycorp. Ring after business hours and ask me to Identify myself with date of birth, email address and other personal details. I said if you know who you are calling why do you need those details, answer " I need to know who Im speaking with ". I hung up.

been ringing non stop and someone rang spoke at great lengths to find out why what put me in this predictment but insisted they were not asking for money at the end she was and already in financial difficulty and on disability pension having trouble coping what they are doing is illegal and immoral someone needs the help of legal service

Call at different times of day. I answered once and straight up was asked to confirm my name and other information. When I refused and asked who was calling and what is was about, they hung up. Believe it's Baycorp trying to get a tiny amount of money that apparently I owed Optus when I didn't (an issue that was resolved years ago). Seems like Optus and Vodafone pass their so called issues/debt to Baycorp who take them over and then harrass people. Disgraceful and Government should step in and make this illegal. Recommend you add to auto-reject on your phone or just block.

They ring me 2-3 times a day eventhough the Telstra bill they are calling me about is 5 years old and the subject of their own identity theft investigation. The investigation dept has advised me to only speak to them even so they still call, once i explain its under investigation they aplogise and hang up assuring me no one will call. Yeah right the next day the calls start again.

Debt collectors ... incessant calls. Not even my debt!! Previous phone owner I assume but they keep calling.

I get calls from these calls 2-3 times a day. I finally decided to answer to advise them to call me in 3 months as I am in no position to talk or discuss anything due to stress and anxiety. The idiot on the phone acted like it's a joke and forced me in to answering questions and was very rude so I hanged up on their face. They have no respect for your personal issue or life. Baycorp will now get nothing from me. They have no respect. AND they're still calling and leaving messages even though I asked them nicely to call me back 3 months later to collect myself.

Just received 2 missed calls from them twice in a row-----soooo annoying!
