I (as the managing director of Creative Air Conditioning Pty Ltd) find it incredulous that a company would invite comments regarding an individual purporting to be involved with Creative Air Conditioning Pty Ltd without carrying out your due diligence first. Let this be known; 1. Vince Messina has never been an employee of Creative Air Conditioning Pty Ltd, 2. He did carry out work as a sub contractor under the licence he held at the time which is a certificate 2 (split system installation only). Under the terms of this licence he is not licenced to carry out installation of ducted systems, nor is he licenced to carry out service work (which I will contact the ARC about). 3. I will be forwarding this information to the relevant government bodies in order to reduce the damage caused to my company by your reckless & unprofessional conduct. I expect to receive a correspondence from your organisation within 5 business days.
