They are completely useless. For a company with a supposedly good reputation their service is the worst. I have never encountered a company with nil care factor. My refrigerator was delivered less than 3months ago and hasn't worked properly since day one. They seem to have a service agreement with only one company who has same ethics. Such a grand company with ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE TAKE YOUR MONEY IS THE MOTTO AND STUFF YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY PRODUCT PROBLEMS. I am telling everyone about my great samsung experience. ..don't buy the product! !

Had big problems with my Samsung French Door Fridge and provide
receipt as they requested. Haven't received refund. Whenever I chase
my refund they keep telling me it's been investigated, you should receive
your refund soon. I believe they are playing games and hoping I forget
my refund. Will never buy Samsung Products again. I am disgusted with
the customer service.

We bought a Samsung French Door Fridge and after 4 years fridge stopped working. Contacted Hervey Norman where the fridge was purchased from and told to contact Samsung. That was 8 months ago ,with multiple calls and emails. Each time we called we were advised the casemanger would contact us in 24 to 48 hours and the case would be escalated. Were still chasing up our refund..Our next step is to contact the ombudsman and a current affairs. We would never buy another Samsung product!!

I always thought that Samsung equipment was reliable until I purchased the Galaxy A20 which gave me trouble from the beginning. I blamed myself, the SIM card, the service provider, etc, reset it to factory setting, all with no success.
When I went to the seller it was suggested to have it repaired which would take some 14 days " if I was lucky."
Since that was my only phone it was suggested to buy another phone to bridge the repair time.
No suggestion of a service phone, a simple replacement, or a return of my money. Certainly my very last overpriced Samsung phone!!!!

Purchased a Samsung Galaxy A30, the phone did not work from day one. Returned it to the store for a refund, told we do not refund on phones, take it to Samsung for repair. In the first 15days of having the phone, Samsung had it for 8 of them, phone does still not work, contacted Dept of Fair Trading, very helpfull, told me exactly what I need to do, have since obtained my refund and purchased a Huawei P30, best buy, should have done this in the first place. Give Samsung a big miss, never going back there again.

Called this number back for a month and a half - every day... tried every menu button. Nobody every answers. Ever. Best plan will now be; to speak to the retail store, ask for their Samsung store rep and follow them up that way. It is the Rep's job to assist with escalated issues.

Samsung products and customer service score a big fat Zero. Took delivery of a washing machine Thursday of last week, used it Friday, no problem, tried to use it on Saturday and it won't pump water in. Samsung is going to send a technician 'round to fix it. Apparently this problem is not uncommon with this particular machine. Wouldn't it be simpler to make sure the problem doesn't occur in the first place. As of todays date I am still waiting for the technician to contact me to make arrangement's for the 'repair'. The machine I replaced was 23 years old and had never had a repair of any kind, obviously it wasn't a Samsung. I am attempting to make arrangements for them to take the machine back and I will look for another brand.

It seem to me the company is happy to provide bad customer experience and receive very bad reviews. My Gearfit2 is with them for almost one month and nobody contacted me to provide me with an update on the repair status for a product under warranty. I'll call department of Fair Trading to see if I can get the device back...The number they are providing is useless. So sad that Samsung is doing business in this way. This is why Applwe is so expensive and arrogant, they have no competition...

WOW, I have never known such a large company that is "IMPOSSIBLE" to get in contact with! Tried calling (02) 9763 9700 and nothing but recorded messages asking you to select your enquiry & for the line to then go dead! Even the "Contact US" tab doesn't allow you to get in contact with anyone! Is this because their product is so bad they have set it up that no one can contact them! I have never come across a company so inefficient in providing contact details!

I have been requesting an e-copy of the user/service manual of my A/C unit since November 28,2015 and until now I have not receive it yet. I had multiple follow ups with their 1300 362 603 number and was promised and told multiple times as well that it was requested and sent over.. Today I tried calling their Sydney number (02) 9763 9700 and waited for an hour for someone to answer the phone to no avail.
I had no choice then as my unit was included in my house package.
WARNING: Take your HIGH BLOOD Pressure pills before thinking of calling support.
HOPELESS SUPPORT !!!
NO MORE SAMSUNG brand ever !!!
