She: Hello, is this Mr. (Some bastardised variation of my surname)? Me: No. She: Are you the owner of (Some address I rented at several years ago)? Me: No. She: OK, thank you, goodbye.
Phew, if only it were that easy to get rid of them all.

Asked questions about solar panels. When I said I didn't want anyone calling I was passed to the supervisor. Continued saying I didn't want anyone calling. Will bar the number.

This number called today - Indian voice - saying was from Government Solar Panel rebate scheme. Asked if I had solar panels on my roof - when I said "it's none of your business" he said 'well you are rude aren't you' and then hung up. You ring the number back and it says 'Please check the number as the call cannot be connected". HOW are they getting a call out if your can't call in ???? Do they have the ability to tap into other peoples phone lines???

Ask for the home owner. When requested to be taken off their call list they hung up.
