Claims to be an inmate contacting you.
Random American accent with a generic message that saus: "yo, don't know if you know, but I've been in prison. Was trying to get in touch with you." Then constantly spam empty voice mails every 2 hours.

Caller: Inmate It's Kempsey MID NORTH COAST CORRECTIONAL FACILITY inmate caller ID. So if ya have family or loved ones in there I'd suggest answering this number.
