I got the same type of call in mid July from Parminder from MIC since he was very polite but sounded unreal i decided to check them out... i called them back just to be sure they were based in Australia which checked out as well as there ABN... anyway I saw them featured on Today, Tonight show so i decided to go ahead and surprisingly i am actually receiving 15% off my AGL bill now... So thumbs up :)

Say they are from MIC on behalf of our head office and want to talk about our pre-carbon tax paperwork.

Told him there was no such thing and slammed the phone down.

Got exactly the same call. Palminder as well. He was really rude, persistent and dishonest.

I just got a call from this Carbon Tax scam . his name was Parminder and the company is called mic ... sus for sure .
