Rung the acute team which the same lady answers and talked to me in a rude angry tone-

they have let someone out of their care who is completely unwell and needs help but has let them out because he just wouldn’t answer his phone, when I explained how unwell he is and they need to do another check and try again she said no.

Such a disgusting service

I have called this number 2 times now to arrange my daughter's 18 months check up. First call was made on December and follow up call in January. No one has ever called me back to organize the appointment and now my daughter is 20 months and totally missed the check up.
I would request for someone to call me to organize a check up for her ASAP!! There is nothing medically wrong with her, but I want to have all her checks and details up to date and your booking system is not efficient at all. So please take this as an official complaint. How is it possible that my call be ignored twice? How am I going to get anything organized if no one ever call me back?

Please call immediately at 0449 890 349 to organize me the booking for the North Parramatta Early childhood check up.
