I called back number (02) 9681 1199 reached IVR for a company called John Cootes Furniture.

Refercto all the complaints about VERYbad and rude service, products not being covered under warranty and their lounges flaking and falling apart.
Store manager was honestly so rude.
Have a look at the 2 facebook pages about JC all the similar stories.
Google John Cootes reviews and check some of the stories out. Im extremely disgusted they are still allowed to run.

Your truck driver man is really bad, Self fish, and no manner!!! he was delivery the furniture at 88 James Ruse Dr ROSEHILL this morning and parking the truck right in front of my car !!! I asked him to move his truck and he said will do " in a second" instead of move his truck quickly but he disappeared for almost 20 mins!!!!! when he came back all he says was " I have to delivery the furniture!!! what do you want me to do!!! "..... I was late for my meeting this morning!! and He could park his truck on the other side of the road and that wouldn't block any cars!!! Here is the truck number plate " LOC-057 NSW "
